The cost to borrow each item is determined based on the duration of your rental, which is selected at checkout. The borrowing fee for each product is listed on the product page, ensuring transparency. The cost varies depending on the item's value and the number of days you plan to borrow it. A deposit equal to 50% of your total cart value is charged during checkout. This deposit ensures that your rented items are returned on time and in good condition. The deposit will be refunded once the item(s) are returned as per the agreed rental period and condition. If the item is returned late, damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or lost, a portion or the full deposit may be withheld to cover the costs. This ensures we can maintain the quality of our rental inventory for future users.
No, Ensemble doesn’t require any paid membership or subscription. We believe sustainability is about borrowing what you need, not committing to a monthly subscription or excess. You can rent items whenever necessary without the burden of membership fees. Simply borrow items on demand as needed without any long-term commitments.
Each item on Ensemble features a "Size Guide" that lists the precise measurements in inches, allowing you to accurately compare with your own measurements to ensure a perfect fit. We recommend measuring your bust and waist sizes for the best match, particularly for garments that need to fit snugly. Our garments are also designed with some flexibility to fit a range of sizes. Returning items with Ensemble is simple! Once you're done using the items, just pack them back into the box they arrived in. Use the prepaid return label included in the package, ensuring you attach it over any previous labels. Then, drop off the package at the nearest shipping location. Make sure to return it by the due date to avoid late fees. This simple process ensures you can send back your items quickly and conveniently without any hassle.
Yes, cancellations are allowed within specific time frames. If you cancel your order 30 days or more before your rental start date, you’ll receive a full refund. If your cancellation is within 30 to 14 days before the rental start date, you’ll receive a store credit or can exchange for another item. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. It’s important to cancel in advance to ensure you can make the most of your rental experience.

Our pricing team reviews similar items and analyzes current consumer trends to set a rental price that maximizes your potential income. This initial rental price may fluctuate based on demand. We strive to find the best balance to ensure you're getting the most from each item you rent out. If the demand for a specific item increases, the price may go up, maximizing your commission. Our goal is to ensure you're always receiving competitive rates.
Yes, you’ll need to create an account on Ensemble, even if you aren’t directly managing the storage or shipping of your items. Having an account ensures that your items are properly listed and linked to you in our back-end system. Whether you handle the logistics or use our team to store and ship your items, having a registered account is essential for tracking and managing your rentals.

Our commission structure ensures that you’re fairly compensated for your rental items. As a lender, you will receive 60% of the rental price, or the discounted price if promo codes are applied. The remaining 40% covers our platform fees, including processing, storage, shipping, handling, dry-cleaning, and all associated rental costs. This commission structure helps us maintain a seamless and professional service while ensuring you earn a competitive share of the rental fees.
Your order will arrive on the first day of your selected rental period, no later than 7:30 PM, as some carriers may have late deliveries depending on volume. While we always aim to have your items delivered earlier than the intended rental start date, we cannot guarantee earlier delivery. It's best to expect your package by or before the latest delivery time. Be sure to plan accordingly, knowing the delivery window to avoid any surprises.
No, you do not need to wash or dry clean the items before returning them. All items rented through Ensemble are cleaned and maintained by our professional cleaning services after each rental. Please return the items in the same condition they were received, without any damage or stains beyond normal wear and tear.

If the item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you may be charged a damage fee based on the extent of the damage. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your deposit or charged separately, depending on the situation. If the damage is accidental, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
